We are a community-based partnership collective across Hawai’i that is working to ensure every keiki is Healthy, safe, and Thriving. Pāhoa Promise and the Waimānalo ʻUpena are the first community-based efforts to develop an Early Childhood Continuum of support for young keiki (0-5 years) and their ʻohana.
